After studying at the Sacré-Coeur hotel school in Saint-Chély-d'Apcher, Jonathan gained experience.
Jonathan took off in 2010. In the spring of 2020, Jonathan took over this establishment in Amou, a small village in the heart of Les Landes. He boasts traditional French cuisine worked with fresh local produce, the menu evolves with the seasons and chef Jonathan regularly innovates with original suggestions. He selects for you the best fresh products.
The opening times are midday to 2 pm from Monday to Sunday and 7:00 pm to 9 pm every day (9:30 pm on the weekend) , closed on Tuesday evening.
From Monday to Friday, lunch only, a full menu can be served for € 15.
Throughout the year, we will be happy to welcome you for your business lunches, banquets, wedding, anniversary, family reunions, etc... A take-away service is available.
